About Us
Junior Achievement Eswatini is an international NGO that was established in the country in 2009. The organization has grown rapidly since 2009 and it now consists of 4 main programs namely; Financial Literacy, JA Company (JACO), Job Shadow (JS) and Out of School Youth (OOSY). Over the years, JA Eswatini (JAE) has positioned itself as a trendsetter in investing and encouraging young people to own their economic future through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness.

We empower youth through innovation in entrepreneurship, financial literacy and career development to create self-employment in Eswatini.

To produce technologically savvy and competent young entrepreneurs in Eswatini.

Our Alumni
JA Eswatini, with the support of the Taiwan Embassy, organized the inaugural JA Eswatini Alumni Awards at The George Hotel on Friday, May 17, 2024. This event celebrated the achievements of outstanding alumni, with 16 award categories featuring various prizes sponsored by partners
Our Programs
JA Company Program
The JA Company Program is 15 week hands on entrepreneurship program that provide learners the opportunity to run a real mini company while still in school.
JA Job Shadow Program
This program completes the JA experience. This is a work readiness education program that prepares learners for the world of work.
JA Financial Literacy
This Financial Literacy program serves as the entry point for JA Eswatini to schools, targeting Form 2 and Grade 5 learners. JA Financial Literacy program has been developed from being a series of 6 activities that help learners explore personal financial education.
Business Development Services
The Business Development Services department focuses on capacity building of out of school youth, which involves entrepreneurship training, mentorship and coaching and business support services.
